Light pale straw in colour, showcasing pure aromas of summer fruit and citrus. Leaning more towards kumquat and orange. Spicy undertones from light oaking. The fine tannin underpins the fresh acidity.

Winemaking: Careful winemaking practices were followed to retain aromatics. Crushed, lightly pressed, and settled overnight. Fermentation was done with a selected yeast strain at 14 - 16°C. Left on lees for 2 months prior to the second phase of production.
