winter shipping info

We use a number of couriers, and select the best based on your location. Because weather can be extreme and varied across Canada, we may choose to hold off on shipping your order, to avoid risk of freezing. Please note that we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

If you have a courier preference, or have concerns about delays and the weather, get in touch!

where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada, with the exception of NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut. We look forward to expanding our reach when the weather warms up.

how do you ship?

We use several couriers, depending on your location and preference. By default, we prefer to use Loomis, but we also can ship with FedEx or Canada Post. The delivery standards and shipping cost will differ with each courier.

can you ship to a PO box?

Yes, we can ship to rural and PO boxes. By default, your order will be shipped out with Canada Post. If you have concerns or questions, get in touch with us prior to ordering and we can ensure we choose the right courier for you.

are there any shipping restrictions?

Your package will need to be received by someone at the shipping address, we can not allow the delivery to be left unattended. We want to ensure the integrity of your order, which includes preventing freezing or sun bathing on your porch. For this reason, we suggest using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive your package during the day.

how long will it take to get my order?

Getting your order in your hands as soon as possible is our top priority. We will process your order within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs), and ship out next business day.

We will refrain from shipping if we feel that the weather is too extreme. If we feel it is too hot or cold to be shipping, we will do our best to keep you updated on any delays.

how much does shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will depend on the size (weight) of your order, how far it has to travel, and the courier being used. Your shipping cost will populate in your checkout so you can review, prior to completing your order.
