The Pyrène 0° line was created to offer a fresh and engaging non-alcoholic experience without compromising flavour. Rather than simply removing alcohol from finished wine, the process begins in the vineyard, with parcels selected for their balance of sugar and acidity — setting the stage for quality from the vine to the glass.
