How it's Made: While using the insights we've gained over 25 years of premium winemaking, Nova Zero is not made from dealcoholized wine. Instead, we've used a unique and proprietary process involving Muscat grape must, trace amounts of wine, and other natural ingredients to create this inclusive iteration of Nova Scotia's favourite wine.
